Dk Shipping Protection

We offer additional protection for packages that are not received. This option is available at checkout for a small fee. Please note: If you deselect the shipping protection option at checkout Dream Kloset will not be responsible for lost packages.  

Please file a claim via the link listed below. Once your claim is filled a representative will contact you within 24-48 hours to ask if you want a replacement or refund. All claims have a 10-day waiting period before they are approved or denied.

                                              Claim Deadlines

If your package shows delivered but you have not received it: You have 15 days from the date delivered to file your claim. 

If your package is lost: You have 30 days from the date shipped to file your claim.

 If your claim is filed outside of the timeframes listed above your claim will automatically be denied.
