How can I get in contact with someone if I cannot find an answer to my question on the frequently asked question page?

How do I proceed for any questions, compliments or complaints about my order?
We prefer to take all questions, compliments, or complaints via email which can be done by filling out the contact form or using our email customersupport@dreamkloset.com. It will allow you to give full detail about your concerns, and allow us to have something to reference when addressing your concerns.
What do I do if my tracking status says “delivered” but I haven’t received my package?
Please allow an additional business day for the delivery of your package. If your package has not arrived, please send us an email and we will promptly provide guidance on the next steps. If you have opted for shipping protection, please refer to our shipping protection policy to initiate a claim.
What if I received my package but an item was missing/and or incorrect?
Please contact us by email upon receiving your package should you identify any missing items or discrepancies in your order.

How can I change a product on my order?
Once you have placed your order, the order is logged and cannot be adjusted. We request that you review the contents of your order before continuing to the payment section.
Can I modify the address once my order has been placed?
Yes. This type of adjustment is possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to inform us of any changes to your order. If your order is dispatched before you are able to reach us, kindly notify us of the error. Please note we are not responsible for delays or items not being received due to incorrect address.

Who is my package shipped through?
Your package will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping notification via email that will notify you of a tracking number to track your package. Please note if you don’t receive tracking info it’s possible that you may have put in the wrong email address. Please use the contact form to notify us.

Can I return my order for a refund?
Unfortunately, refunds are not available.
